Industrial & Oilfield Use
- Wellsite heating: Keeps equipment, tanks, and lines from freezing in cold climates (especially during winter operations in Alberta and BC).
- Frac water heating: Pre-heats water for hydraulic fracturing processes.
- Tank heating: Maintains or raises the temperature of storage tanks containing oil, water, or other fluids.
- Steam tracing: Prevents pipelines from freezing by running steam lines alongside them.
Construction & Mechanical Contracting
- Temporary heat: Provides steam for temporary building heat during construction in colder months.
- Curing concrete: Helps speed up the curing process by supplying steam heat in colder conditions.
- Thawing frozen ground: Assists in excavation and foundation work during the winter.
Facilities & Institutional Use
- Emergency backup: Acts as a temporary steam source during boiler maintenance or failure in hospitals, schools, or large buildings.
- Supplemental capacity: Used when facilities experience peak demand that exceeds their installed boiler capacity.
Special Events & Disaster Relief
- Temporary setups: Provides steam for large tents, kitchens, or sanitation facilities at events or in emergency shelters.
- Decontamination or sanitation units: Supports mobile shower or washdown stations with hot water/steam.
